Refund policy

Returns & Exchange

We are happy to exchange items purchased if they don’t fit (except bathers for hygiene reasons). The exchange must be made within five business days of collection, and the item must be in its original unmarked condition with tags still attached. Exchanges must be made in person at the Uniform Shop for an item(s) of greater value than the product being excahnged  

Peninsula Grammar does not provide refunds, however in exceptional cases, we may provide credit against your tuition fee account. Exceptional cases must be approved by the CFO.

Fulfilment

At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery. All online orders are subject to the Click and Collect terms detailed above.

Click & Collect

Our aim is to fulfil all orders within two business days of purchase. Please wait for an email indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.

Orders are to be collected from the Peninsula Grammar Uniform Shop. Enter via Gate 1 on Wooralla Drive and take the first right.

Click and Collect orders are held for ten business days after the collection notification is sent. If you do not collect your order within ten business days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to your school tuition account

Second hand uniform sales

The school promotes the sale of second hand uniforms via a third party platform – Sustainable Schools. Please see their website for details: Sustainable School Shop - Second hand Textbooks, Uniforms etc
